Hot Air Shroom

Hi everyone! How's it going?
Today I would like to talk about one of my newest ink drawings, "Hot Air Shroom."

So, since I got a new phone (which is my FIRST smart phone ;p) a couple months ago,
I use my phone a lot.
One of my favorite apps is simply the notes.
I jot down my thoughts/ ideas while I'm out, so I won't forget ;p
Like this...

I use mostly English (thanks to auto correct function) except the time I have no idea what the things are called.. like a hot air balloon! I did know the word blimp though :|

Anyhow, I came up with a bunch of random thoughts while I was out the other day.
Out of those ideas, I saw this one to become an ink drawing.
Here is my little sketch I did shortly after I took that note.

After I finished inking, and cutting off parts, I went through my color paper for the mushroom.
While I was doing that, Mr. J came in and made a brilliant comment!
"He looks like he is looking for somebody.."
He was referring to my earlier work "Golden Mushroom."
The guy is being taken away from the mushroom, floating in the air..

Luckily I still had same exact paper I used for the piece.

I have liked the idea of doing pairs or a series of something, but I've never done a sequel before. I'm happy that I came across this by accident because I'd love to do more!
